Background:
I am a Masai born in Kirindon village in the Trans Mara district
in 1975. My primary education was in the same district, I then
moved to Narok for secondary education where I graduated with
my KCSE. My first job was with Mara Simba lodge as a naturalist,
thereafter I moved across the river to Olonana Camp where I worked
as a naturalist guide for two years before joining Kicheche in
2002.
Qualifications & Courses:
2004: Kenya Professional Guiding Assoc SILVER level. Currently
the highest level available of which there are only about 120
Silver level holders in Kenya
2005: Green Footprints Academy-Tanzania. Attended an Intensive
Guiding and Guest handling Course
2004: Wilderness First Aid Responder Course – Daystar University,
Nairobi
2003: Fundamentals of Ornithology Course – Naivasha
2002: Kicheche Guide Training Course – Masai Mara

I specialize in botany but am also skilled in fauna and avifauna.
