Interest & Ambition
My favourite animal is the Cheetah , a beautiful, gentle, very
humble feline who is unfortunately endangered due to the increasing
lack of habitat.
For me the best wildlife spectacle is the suspense and theatre
following a cheetah mother with cubs hunt from the start to, I
always hope, a successful conclusion. I enjoy the commencement
of the hunt as she begins slinking through the long grass and
the comedy of the cubs trying to mimic from behind. My adrenalin
surges when she starts the chase and takes a Thompson's Gazelle.
Still panting she nervously checks for predators before calling
the cubs. It is a sight to behold when the family joins in the
feast and 15 minutes later lie aside with full bellies and contented
purrs.
My aim is to educate my community on the importance of wildlife
and its habitat as well as those, from all corners of the globe,
who are interested in this amazing country. Ultimately, to be
a cultural Ambasador and Wildlife Manager.
