Background:
I was born in Ol Kinyei, Masai Mara in 1978 and being a Masai
I found livestock at the centre of life until I started primary
school at our local village, Aitong. I moved to Kericho, Kenya's
tea district, for my secondary education and graduated in 1998.
I started work as a trainee guide for Geo Safaris before moving
to Heritage Hotels where I worked for 3 years, first at Voyager
Mara and then at Voyager Tsavo as a naturalist. I joined Kicheche
in 2004 and was very happy as the camp is in my home area that
I know well and my family is nearby.

2006: Fundamentals of Ornithology Course-Naivasha
2005: Green Footprints Academy-Tanzania. Attended an Intensive
Guiding and Guest handling Course.
